As Senior Planner, you'll be central to the development of winning bids and the successful delivery of complex, multi-million-pound projects. Working with pre-construction and delivery teams, you’ll craft innovative, NEC-compliant construction programmes and methodologies that stand out – and deliver results.
You’ll be involved from early contractor involvement through to completion, ensuring programmes are robust, agile, and driving best practice across the board. Expect to liaise closely with estimators, bid managers, designers, and specialist subcontractors – offering you true visibility and impact across the project lifecycle.
In this Senior Planner role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Creating high-quality construction methodologies, tender programmes, and phasing plans.
- Preparing 4D visualisations and delivering compelling presentations at tender interviews.
- Supporting project teams with detailed construction, design, and procurement programmes.
- Continuously monitoring, reviewing, and updating project timelines and reporting progress.
- Mentoring junior staff and collaborating across all levels of the organisation.
