Senior Project Manager (Childrens Social Care)

Job Description:

My client in Nottingham are looking to appoint a talented Senior Project Manager on a Contract basis.

My client are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join an embedded transformation team delivering high-impact change across the organisations Children's Social Care, Family Help, Education and SEND services.

What's on offer:

• Salary: £450 per day, Inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Nottingham (Hybrid):

• Lead and coordinate implementation of transformation programmes within Children's Services
• Support the rollout of a new Operating Model across the Directorate
• Work closely with Directors, Heads of Service, HR, Transformation colleagues, and frontline practitioners to embed change
• Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in a similar role
• Proven experience delivering transformation within Children's Services Social Care
• A recognised professional Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, APM or equivalent)
• Local Authority experience is essential
