Job Description:

A highly respected Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a reliable Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion as they add to their Leicester office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

With the recent retirement of an experienced Quantity Surveyor, the director in Leicester is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable and enjoys project delivery and can hit the ground running and pick up jobs.

Project wise, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a broad mix of education, university, residential, and local authority schemes.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS
• Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Strong PQS / Consultancy background
• Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
• Comfortable delivering projects independently
• Driving license and car
