What you’ll be doing
• Leading projects from inception through to completion
• Acting as the main client contact across multiple schemes
• Managing and developing junior team members
• Taking ownership of delivery and commercial outcomes
• Supporting business growth and client relationships

What you’ll bring
• Strong consultancy experience at Senior QS level
• Confidence running projects independently
• Experience mentoring or managing others
• Commercial awareness and client-facing ability
• MRICS or working towards it
