Mon–Fri 8am–5pm (Early Friday Finish!)
£28,000–£35,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

We’re 365 People… a bold, fast-growing recruitment business making real noise in the Midlands. This is a Senior seat running a transport-biased desk (think HGV/LGV/Class 1 & 2, 7.5t, van, traffic/transport office). You’ll inherit warmth, but this is for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, grow accounts, smash targets, and own the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning a warm transport desk with loads of potential (temps & perms).
• Sourcing & placing drivers and transport talent fast.
• Winning and growing accounts (PSLs, tenders, site visits, cross-sell).
• Keeping compliance watertight: RTW, licence/DVLA checks, AWR, WTD & drivers’ hours.
• Protecting margin and forecasting like a pro to hit GP/fee targets.
• Pitching in on an on-call rota when required…because transport never sleeps.

About You

• You’ve got proven recruitment billing experience (transport/logistics strongly preferred; high-volume industrial works if you truly “get” transport).
• You’re driven, ambitious, and quick, you can book a night trunker in minutes and still keep the paperwork clean.
• You hunt for clients and build relationships that stick.
• You talk transport (RDCs, trunking, multidrop, PODs, CPC) without blagging.
• Team player, owner’s mindset, you like to win and take others with you.
