Our client, a leading Tier 1 Construction Company, is seeking a Senior Site Manager to take the lead on a major £20m project in Leicester. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced No.1 Site Manager to oversee a significant build from inception through to completion.

The Role:

As Senior Site Manager, you will be Number 1 on site, responsible for:

• Full project lifecycle management

• Client liaison and stakeholder coordination

• Overseeing H&S compliance, site logistics, and material scheduling

• Managing the programme to ensure milestones are met

• Leading and coordinating subcontractors and site teams

• Ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a multi-disciplinary build manager with a solid track record of delivering complex projects. You should have demonstrable experience across:

• Groundworks & utilities

• New builds from the ground up

• Extensive refurbishments

• Mixed-use, residential, or commercial schemes

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing construction projects of £20m+ as No.1 on site

• Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage stakeholders and maintain high standards across all project phases
