Senior Site Manager

Job Description:

Our client is a main contractor who is seeking to recruit a Freelance Senior Site Manager to lead a £1m Industrial Fit Out project starting in January.

The Project

• £1m Undercroft Fit Out of an Industrial Unit in Rugby
• Stand alone Senior Site Manager running the project reporting into a visiting Operations Manager
• Client facing, updating short term programmes etc
• Programme is likely to be 21-25 weeks, they are just agreeing this with the client

Requirements - Non Negotiable

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Valid ID and Right to work 

Rate

• £320pd - CIS Umbrella/PAYE Umbrella
