Role Overview:
As a Senior Smart Repair Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out both internal and external smart repairs, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met across all work. You’ll need to be confident working independently on all aspects of smart repair and capable of delivering first-class results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a wide range of internal and external smart repairs

• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and company standards

• Accurately assess damage and determine repair methods

• Maintain a clean and organised workspace

• Support junior team members where required

• Meet performance targets and adhere to health & safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in smart repair (internal and external)

• High attention to detail and pride in your work

• Strong technical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work efficiently and independently

• Full UK driving licence preferred
