Pay: £15.50 per hour + £50 per sleep-in
Home: Established 2‑bed Children’s Home – Ofsted ‘Good’ (March 2026)

About the Home
This small, welcoming 2‑bed EBD service offers a calm, nurturing environment where young people can settle, feel safe, and begin to rebuild their confidence. The home is currently empty as the most recent young person has successfully moved on, allowing space and time for the next young person to be gradually introduced with full stability.
With a warm, tight-knit, family-feel team and leadership that genuinely cares, this is a home built on relationships, consistency, and compassion. It is an ideal place for a Senior Support Worker who wants to make real impact within a supportive environment.
The Role – Senior Support Worker
This Senior Support Worker role has been created due to internal promotions — a reflection of the positive, growth-focused culture within the service.
Working the 1 day on, 2 days off rota (7:30–22:30 with a sleep-in every shift, flexible where needed), you will be a visible and valued presence in the home.
Pay range shown is based on working 11 shifts per month with and without sleep-in. Low range is with no sleeps, high range includes sleeps every shift.
Key Responsibilities
• Organise and lead shifts within the home
• Support and guide staff, promoting consistency and structure
• Work closely with the Deputy Manager
• Build positive, trusting relationships with staff and young people
• Promote a nurturing, safe, child-centred environment
• Uphold exceptional safeguarding and EBD practice

Who We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements
-An experienced and confident Support Worker ready to progress
-Level 3 or Level 4 in Residential Childcare
-Skilled and knowledgeable in EBD and trauma-informed practice
