Position: Senior Support Worker
Location: Swadincote
Salary: >£36k
Role: Permanent

Mayfield Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker in the Swadlincote area on a permanent basis. The position for the Senior Support Worker will need to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person centred care to all residents.

This role does not offer sponsorship and you must hold a valid driving license 

The Senior Support Worker will be responsible for:
Experience of delivering support to a high standard within a social care setting;
Some experience of leading individuals and teams within a residential care setting;
Knowledge and experience of the regulatory standards;

The Senior Support Worker will need:
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care – or willingness to sit this
Experience in EBD in children
Proven experience in working in a Senior position within a care home
Experience in working with adults with Learning Disabilities
