Job Description:

Position: Service Advisor
Salary: £36,500 - £41,000 per annum
Shift: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Overtime: Available & Optional
Location: Coventry
 
We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our client’s dedicated Engineering team in their commitment in providing a high standard of service output for their customers.
 
Service Advisor Required Qualifications:

• Car driving licence
• Basic technical understanding of commercial vehicles, Bus & Coach knowledge would be advantageous
• Experienced customer service professional from a service centre or workshop background
• Adept in understanding and using a variety of IT software programs

 
Service Advisor Main Duties:

• Manage the complete service experience my client’s customers, from first contact to vehicle handover and return
• Schedule work to meet customers’ requirements in line with the resource capacity of our workshop
• Raise work orders and include full details of the scope of work required to be undertaken by the Technicians
• Provide costings, estimates, and payment details to customers
• Follow the complete warranty process, ensuring that all approvals are in place prior to any work commencing
• General administration as well as retail invoicing when required to support the team
