Service Advisor
Basic Salary & OTE - £31,000 +
Working Hours - Monday to Friday & (1 In 2 Saturdays)
Location - Coventry

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
Arranging Service Department bookings.
Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
Previous experience Upselling  
Must Have Full manual UK Driving Licence
