We’re recruiting for a Service Charge Manager on behalf of a progressive service provider that understands the real value of getting the detail right. We’re not just after someone who can crunch the numbers.

We’re looking for someone who questions them. Someone who spots when the lift maintenance bill has crept up again and quietly, confidently gets to the bottom of it.

This business takes service charge management seriously. Because when it’s done properly, it’s not just about covering costs. It’s about structure. Transparency. Intelligence. And yes, it can be very lucrative for the client, for the company, and for you.
