Monday - Friday 
£35,000-£40,000
Van + Fuel Card + Door to Door 
Leicester 

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining equipment on customer sites, attending breakdowns, and ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities for the Service Engineer:

• Carry out routine servicing and planned maintenance of equipment on customer sites
• Attend breakdowns, general servicing on plant equipment such as diggers, dumpers and excuvators. 
• Ensure van stock levels are optimised and accurately maintained
• Record parts usage and job completion details using the mobile works tablet
• Identify and report potential customer recharges to the Service Controller
• Provide additional support to other depots and departments when required
• Keep company vehicle clean, tidy, and maintained according to manufacturer guidelines

Requirements needed for the Service Engineer:

• Relevant experience with strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent attention to detail
• Flexible with travel, duties, and working hours
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Punctual and reliable with strong time management skills
