Do you have a strong background overseeing sheet metal production activities, leading shop-floor teams and ensuring work is completed safely, to quality standards and in line with production schedules?

Sheet Metal Supervisor
Job Description

• Plan and oversee daily production to meet schedules, delivery targets and quality requirements
• Motivate and manage shop-floor staff, including training, performance, attendance and timekeeping
• Monitor quality standards, troubleshoot production issues and ensure parts are produced to specification
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure jobs are correctly recorded on company systems
• Drive continuous improvement activities

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in a production or manufacturing environment
• Highly experienced and knowledgeable on sheet metal and fabrication processes
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
