Manufacturing Shift Manager

Location: A5 near Rugby

Shifts: Mon-Thur, 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am (rotating)

Salary: £57,324.50 per year

We're on the lookout for a hands-on Manufacturing Shift Manager to join a busy concrete production site near Rugby.

Please note: We're only considering candidates with Shift Manager or Team Leader experience within MANUFACTURING NOT WAREHOUSE and this isn't a step-down role for Operations Managers.

You'll lead a team of 12, drive shift performance, manage training, oversee overtime budgets and step into production when needed. This site develops its Shift Managers into future Production Managers so there's plenty of opportunity to grow.
