Job Description:

Shift Manager 

• Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00pm – 6:00am   
• Salary: £46,554.77
• Location: Oakham 

We are recruiting for a Shift Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business on a permanent weekday night shift. This position has become available due to internal promotion. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants full accountability for site performance on shift.

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for production performance on shift
• Lead health & safety and site standards
• Manage KPIs including OEE, scrap, quality and delivery
• Lead and develop production teams
• Act as the senior decision maker on site overnight

Requirements: 

• Manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong KPI and performance management skills
• Confidence managing people and driving standards
• Good health & safety knowledge

Commutable from: Melton Mowbray, Corby, Leicester, Kettering, Market Harborough, Grantham and Peterborough
