Pay Rate and Working Hours:

Morning shift £13.30 (can rise up to £14.02 after 6 months)

Monday - Thursday 06:45-15:45

Friday: 06:45-10:15

Afternoon shift - 4 days per week £15.96 (can rise up to £16.82 after 6 months)

Monday - Wednesday 16:30 - 02:30

Thursday 16:30 - 02:00

Roles & Responsibilities;

• Picking & Packaging Parts for Kits
• Preparing Worktools for shipment.
• Crane Work to load parts into packaging
• Loading / Driving Trucks for Shipment
• Using tooling to prepare loads for shipping.
• Desirable - Experience with Microsoft Office Applications

Requirements;

• The ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner at all levels and pay attention to detail -
• A self-motivated individual, with the flexibility to deal with individual and team behaviours, you should be able to motivate others with your advice and experience
• Initiative and strong communication, interpersonal & organisational skills
• Understand & promote Caterpillar's Values in Action
• Willing to undertake training and further learning
