Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00

Alternative Saturdays 08:00 – 12:00

£31,000PA + Generous Commission

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Showroom Design Consultant to join a dynamic and customer-focused team at a well-established business in Northamptonshire.

As part of a national group renowned for its extensive portfolio of brands and strong presence in the construction and home improvement sectors, this business prides itself on delivering outstanding service to both trade professionals and homeowners alike.

In this showroom-based role, you'll play a vital part in shaping the customer journey from concept to completion. Whether it's designing a bespoke kitchen or planning a stylish bathroom renovation, you’ll be combining creativity, customer care, and commercial acumen every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with new and returning customers to identify their needs and turn ideas into fully designed and quoted kitchen and bathroom solutions
• Reach out to lapsed clients and maximise opportunities through proactive lead generation
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support through every step of the design and sales process
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Work closely with colleagues across the branch to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience

What We’re Looking For:
While full training will be provided, previous experience in showroom sales, KBB design, or the wider interiors sector would be a strong advantage.
