Site Agent

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a sewage treatment project in Nottingham, working with a specialist civil engineering subcontractor. This is an immediate requirement, offering the opportunity to play a key role in delivering works within a live wastewater environment.

Site Agent Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations on a sewage treatment scheme

• Supervising site teams, subcontractors, and direct labour

• Supporting the Project Manager with planning, programme delivery, and reporting

• Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standards

• Managing RAMS, permits to work, and site documentation

• Coordinating inspections, quality control, and as-built records

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and industry regulations

• Liaising with the main contractor, client representatives, and stakeholders

Site Agent Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects

• Experience on sewage treatment, wastewater, or utilities schemes essential

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site management

• SMSTS essential

• Valid CSCS card

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
