Site Engineer – Leicestershire

Salary: £60,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, AM ONLY

Are you an experienced Site Engineer looking for a new challenge with genuine ownership and progression potential?

We’re working with a growing SME food manufacturer who are looking for a hands-on Site Engineer to join the business and work closely alongside the Managing Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full responsibility for site engineering operations and make a real impact.

In this standalone role, you’ll initially take the lead on all engineering activity across the site, focusing on maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement. After the first six months, you’ll have the opportunity to recruit and develop your own engineer, shaping the future of the site’s engineering function.

What’s on offer:

• £60,000 salary

• Monday to Friday, 6am–3pm

• Proven engineering experience within a manufacturing or food environment

• Strong hands-on maintenance and problem-solving skills

• Confident working independently and taking initiative
