Job Description:

Permanent Site Engineer – Major Civils & Groundworks

We’re recruiting a Permanent Site Engineer to join a well-established civils contractor delivering major groundworks schemes across Staffordshire, with a clear move onto AMP8 water projects in Tamworth.

This is a long-term role with real project continuity — not just a single job.

What you’ll be doing:

• Setting out for large-scale groundworks & infrastructure works

• QA, ITPs, as-builts & technical support to site teams

• Working closely with Site Managers & Sub Agents

• Supporting handover and transition onto AMP8 schemes

What we’re looking for:

• Proven civils / groundworks experience

• Strong setting out capability

• Comfortable on major infrastructure projects

• Looking for stability and progression (not hopping job to job)

Package:
£55,000 – £63,000
