Leicester

(£50,000 - £60,000) + Monday to Friday Days Based 8:30 to 4:30 + Specialised Training + Take Home Vehicle + Progression + Company Bonus

Are you a Site Manager with a background in Civils, looking to upskill yourself with specialist training while building a resume of an exciting pipeline of projects?

Do you want to join a company who offer best-in-class training to specialise you from any civils background, work closely alongside the Project Manager on a variety of exciting projects while eventually progressing through to Contracts Manager?

In this role you will be working closely alongside the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. You will manage and coordinate with staff and subcontractors, play a key role in ensuring health and safety regulations are met and ensure the quality of work is in line with the manufacturer's specifications and design intentions.

The ideal candidate will come from a background in Civils, be open to specialised training and be based in the Midlands with a full driving license.

THE ROLE

• Undertake specialised training
• Work closely with the Project Manager to see jobs to completion
• Ensure health and safety regulations are met
• Manage and coordinate staff and subcontractors
• Commute to their sites around the Midlands

THE PERSON

• Background in Civils
• Be based in the Midlands
• Have a full UK driving license
