Job Advert: Site Manager (Holiday Cover)

Location: Leicester

Temporary Role: Thursday 17th July - Tuesday 29th July

We are currently seeking a Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a construction site from Thursday 17th July to Tuesday 29th July.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work progresses smoothly and safely

   

• Monitor and support onsite teams including bricklayers and scaffolders

   

• Maintain and enforce health and safety standards across the site

   

• Act as the main point of contact for any onsite queries or issues during the cover period

   

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Site Manager or similar role within construction

   

• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and site protocols

   

• Ability to manage teams and ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely

   

• Valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid
