Site Manager – Planned Works (Decarbonisation & Retrofit)
- Based in Coalville & Surrounding Areas
- Up to £55,000 + £4,500 Car Allowance + 8% Pension

Role
We are currently working with a Leading UK's Top Property Services company. Together we’re looking for a Site Manager with a strong track record in planned works and retrofit delivery to join their team on an exciting £15 million decarbonisation programme in the Leicester area.
You’ll be leading the day-to-day site delivery of net zero retrofit and planned works projects across our social housing stock — part of a long-term mission to improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and enhance living conditions for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage on-site delivery of all work streams (including fabric upgrades, heating improvements, and renewable installations)
- Ensure works are delivered to quality, safety, time, and budget standards
- Liaise with tenants, surveyors, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate works
- Drive compliance with CDM and health & safety regulations
- Maintain project records, reporting progress to senior management
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on social housing or retrofit projects
- Strong understanding of PAS 2035, energy efficiency upgrades, and net zero principles
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential)
- Excellent stakeholder management and site coordination skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to quality delivery
