Freelance Site Manager 

Midlands Region

Start: August/September 2025 

 6 Month Contract

A leading London-based construction company is seeking a freelance Site Manager for an 6 month project focused on Refurbishment and Maintenance projects across the Midlands region

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable contractor on a long-term framework programme, delivering high-quality refurbishments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities and ensure timely project delivery
• Oversee Health & Safety procedures and compliance
• Maintain clear and accurate site documentation
• Act as the primary site lead with support from a visiting Contracts Manager
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in residential/commercial refurbishment
• Strong knowledge of R&M standards and practices
• Valid certifications: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Proven track record in a Site Manager role with a reputable contractor
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
