Site Mananger - Planned Maintenance

Role 

We are currently working with a UK's Leading Property Services company, together we are looking for a Site Manager to lead delivery on a £15 million Decarbonisation and Retrofit programme across Coalville and Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a landmark project with one of the UK’s leading property services providers, committed to improving homes, reducing carbon emissions, and creating more energy-efficient communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities across occupied residential properties
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to ensure smooth delivery
• Monitor site safety, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations
• Communicate effectively with residents, clients, and internal teams
• Drive progress, manage risk, and ensure timely completion of works
• Maintain documentation and reporting in line with project requirements
