Freelance Externals Site Manager - Immediate Start

We are seeking an experienced Externals Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment recladding project in Loughborough.

• Location: Loughborough

• Duration: 4-6 weeks

• Start: ASAP

• Rate: Up to £250 p/day CIS

Requirements:

• SMSTS

• First Aid

• Strong experience with externals / recladding works

Key Duties:

• Supervising and coordinating subcontractors on site

• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards

• Overseeing recladding and associated externals packages

• Carrying out site inductions and toolbox talks

• Monitoring health & safety compliance

• Reporting progress to the Project Manager

This role will suit a hands-on Site Manager with a strong background in externals and refurbishment projects.
