Sellick Partnership is currently seeking a site manager in Staffordshire on an ongoing contract basis.

Responsibilities of the Site Manager

• Oversee site operations, security, and compliance with safeguarding requirements.
• Manage multi-skilled caretakers or trade operatives and subcontractors.
• Deliver reactive and planned maintenance services, including statutory checks (e.g., Legionnaires, door condition, lighting).
• Ensure all activities comply with H&S legislation and procedures.
• Maintain site records (PPMs, work orders, logbooks, induction records).
• Communicate regularly with school representatives or clients to support curriculum delivery or project progress.
• Issue progress reports, track KPIs, and recommend improvements.

The successful Site Manager will have

• Experience in delivering successful contracts on-site and managing contractors
• SMTSS Qualification OR equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety
