Site Manager - Commercial Fit-Out
Location: Leicester
Start Date: 24/11/2025
Duration: 12 weeks
Rate: £270 per day

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a commercial fit-out project in Leicester. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering the project to a high standard, on time and within budget.

It is overseeing the fitout/refurbishment on a live business park, valued at around £800k. Works include a full stripout, refurbishment and internal fitout, inclusive of M&E.

Liaiisng with the end-client is required for regular site drop-ins.

Requirements:

• SMSTS, First Aid

• Proven experience managing commercial & fast-track fit-out projects

• Strong organisational and communication skills
