Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Nottingham

Thorn Baker's award-winning client is looking for a Site Managerfor a brand-new traditional build housing development kicking off in January. The project consists of 65 bespoke homes.
This is a great opportunity to work with a growing housing developer with exciting new projects commencing in the East Midlands.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee management of overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.
• Liaise with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.
• Identify & rectify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind.
• Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and take ensure any issues are corrected immediately.

Required Skills:

• SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid
• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent qualification.
• Proven track record of successfully managing the workload across traditionalbuild housing programmes.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of house building and NHBC.
• Strongorganisational,interpersonal,and communication skills
• Full UK Driving License
