Site Manager

Job Description:

Location: Loughborough
Start Date: Within 2 weeks
Duration: Until August 2026

Buildforce Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work on a large industrial construction project in Loughborough. This is a long-term opportunity with a Tier One contractor, managing the internals package through to project completion in August 2026.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the internals works, ensuring the package is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and coordinating all internals trades and subcontractors

• Overseeing programme, quality, and H&S compliance

• Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team

• Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specs, and RAMS

• Managing snagging, handovers, and reporting progress to senior management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale industrial or commercial projects

• Strong background managing internals packages

• Experience working with or for Tier One contractors

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
