Site Manager

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 12-week warehouse refurbishment project in Rugby.

This role will involve overseeing and managing refurbishment works including:

• Roofing works

• Flooring installation

• Internal and external decoration

• General site coordination and subcontractor management

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day site management and supervision of trades

• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard

• Coordinating subcontractors and deliveries

• Monitoring programme and reporting progress

• Maintaining H&S compliance and site documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing refurbishment projects (warehouse / industrial experience preferred)

• Strong background overseeing roofing, flooring and decoration packages

• SMSTS

• CSCS (Black or Gold preferred)

• First Aid at Work

• Strong organisational and communication skills
