Summary

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Site Manager to oversee the internal refurbishment and new build works across three blocks at an energy training centre in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. This live site project requires a candidate with proven refurbishment experience, capable of managing day-to-day site operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and programme adherence. The role demands excellent client-facing skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and ensure smooth project delivery. The position will be paid via an umbrella company, and CSCS cards are not permitted for this role. The start date is Thursday 5th March 2026, and candidates must be available for an interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all internal site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and materials to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with the client and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
