Site Supervisor

Job Description:

Join one of Leicester's largest contractors and start with a company van, fuel card, and all essential training from day one. As a Site Supervisor you'll oversee a team of up to 15 operatives, to ensure works are being carried out correctly and meet the required standards.

I'd be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in supervising trades within a domestic setting, whether you've previously worked as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager or Working foreman.

As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing trades operatives working on the kitchen & bathroom stream
• Managing work completion
• Monitoring materials
• Reporting to the office with photos of any issues on site
• Representing the company whilst working within domestic properties
• Working alongside other trades professionals to complete projects to the highest standard where necessary

In order to be eligible for the Site Supervisor role, you must:

• Hold a valid SSSTS
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Have relevant industry experience working on a kitchen and/or bathroom stream

Location & travel
Based in Leicester, the role includes a company vehicle, making site travel easy. Leicester central location offers excellent road links. This role will require travel around three areas including Leciester, Nottingham and Derby.
