Location: South Leicester (with nationwide travel)
Salary: £43,000 - £48,000 per annum (DOE)
Shift: Days

About the Company

A well-established engineering and project delivery organisation providing nationwide site-based services across multiple sectors.

The Role

* Supervising site activities across multiple departments
* Managing labour, materials, plant, and equipment on client sites
* Leading by example and supporting day-to-day team performance
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to required quality standards
* Maintaining strict Health & Safety compliance on all sites
* Working from a Midlands workshop with regular travel to sites across the UK

About You

* Time-served background in a relevant trade
* Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset
* Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
* Flexibility and willingness to travel nationwide
* Ideally hold SSSTS and CSCS certifications
