Skilled Labourer – Manufacturing Environment

Location: Jackdale, NG16
Hours: 7:00am – 5:30pm, Full Time – Permanent

Pay: £14.50 - with monthly bonuses

Orbital Recruitment are seeking a reliable Skilled Labourer to join a busy precision engineering facility. This role supports production and ensures the workshop runs smoothly, assisting manual machinists and helping maintain a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely
• Prepare and deliver metal components for manual machinists
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and workshop
• Assist with general production tasks as required
• Make and serve beverages for the team
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to operate overhead cranes and forklifts (FLT)
• Physically fit and able to handle metal components
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Flexible and willing to take on varied tasks
