Senior Recruitment Advisor
Location: Loughborough – hybrid working, excellent benefits
Salary: £50-55k+

We’re ideally looking for experience of volume recruitment across head office and white collar roles ideally from FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics or Sales focussed environments, with the ability to operate to slick, candidate-focused processes that align with company values and business success.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition role will include:

• Partnering with hiring managers to provide consultative support, from workforce planning,  role profile development to successful hires
• Posting roles, sourcing talent, and using your creative flair to attract top-tier candidates
• Managing processes internally and stakeholder support and management
• Championing candidate experience - making sure every interaction is positive, inclusive, and on-brand
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align recruitment needs with business goals
• Linking talent acquisition to ongoing people development and business growth

Key Skills & Experience required:

• Experience of both volume campaigns and specialist senior hires.
• Experience of sales team recruitment would be an advantage
• Solid background in end-to-end recruitment, either agency or in-house
• Ability to understand how to analyse, review and improve talent processes.
• Experience on ATS Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter as well as job marketing
• Confident managing senior stakeholders and thrive in a consultative role
• Organised, proactive, and a great communicator
