Location: Swadlincote
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 ⏰
Pay: Up to £26.63/hour 💷 (umbrella)

About the Role:
We're looking for a dedicated Adults Social Worker to join our team in Swadlincote. You'll support adults in need, helping them live safely and independently. Your expertise in social care, assessments, and safeguarding will make a huge difference!

What You'll Do:
👥 Support adults with a range of needs, including disabilities and mental health
📝 Carry out assessments, care planning, and reviews
⚖️ Manage safeguarding concerns and work within legal frameworks
🤝 Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals
📋 Keep accurate records and case notes
