📍 Location: Stoke-on-Trent
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday
💷 Pay: Up to £24.38 per hour

Team: East Staffordshire Children in Care & Care Leavers
👥 Team Size: 7 members
🏢 Office Location: Burton Area Office, Grange Street, Burton Upon Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 2ER
🚗 Parking: Free parking available onsite

• 🧸 Supporting children in care and care leavers to achieve positive outcomes

• 📝 Conducting assessments and creating care plans tailored to individual needs

• 🤝 Collaborating closely with families, carers, and partner agencies

• 📞 Providing advice, guidance, and safeguarding support to vulnerable children

• 👩‍👧‍👦 Ensuring children's voices are heard and their wellbeing is prioritised

• 📚 Participating in team meetings and contributing to practice development

1. Social Worker / Band 1

   • ASYE + at least 2 years' experience

   • 💷 £28.55 per hour

2. Senior Social Worker / Band 2

   • ASYE + at least 3 years' experience

   • 💷 £30.57 per hour

3. Advanced/Senior Practitioner / Assistant Team Manager

   • Includes caseload management + supervisory/practice development duties

   • 💷 £33.30 per hour
