Solar PV Designer
Nottinghamshire office + UK-wide site travel
£50,000 – £60,000

Join a growing team in the renewable energy sector as a Solar PV Designer. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality domestic and commercial solar projects, combining technical design expertise with customer engagement.

The Role:

• Survey sites for roof- and ground-mounted solar PV systems & battery storage
• Produce accurate technical electrical designs
• Work with clients to understand requirements and optimise system efficiency/ROI
• Support project planning, operations, and customer experience
• Specify and order electrical materials, managing supplier relationships

The Candidate:

• Proven experience designing domestic & commercial solar PV installations
• 18th Edition & Solar PV qualification
• Strong communication & project management skills
• Team player with attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
