Solar Sales Rep

Job Description:

Our client, in the renewable energy sector, are going through a period of growth and are looking for a Sales Representative to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be working with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and develop renewable energy proposals. The ideal candidate will have Solar experience but this isn't essential. 

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm 
£30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience + bonus
Company car after probation period

Sales Rep - The Role: 

• Discussing customer requirements to qualify potential customers for site visits and surveys.
• Carrying out pre-sales surveys and attending site visits.
• Following up on proposals with potential customers.
• Being an ongoing point of contact for their customers during their installation and for repeat business.
• Working closely with other departments.

Sales Rep - The Candidate:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiastic and well organised
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Full drivers licence
• Existing experience in the solar/ construction industry would be advantageous
