Stall Assistant - Christmas Market
Location: Leicester, LE1 1DA
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Stall Assistants to represent premium beverage brands at Christmas markets across the UK. As a Stall Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, festive atmosphere, engaging with customers, and helping them discover high-quality bottled alcoholic products that make perfect gifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and engage visitors at the stall in a friendly and festive manner
• Promote the brands using upselling techniques to drive sales
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing stall throughout the day
• Follow all relevant health and safety and licensing regulations
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Provide samples of premium alcoholic products (aged 18+ only)

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older and comfortable with handling alcohol (due to the nature of the product)
• Friendly, confident, and approachable with excellent people skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to scheduled shifts for the full duration of the event
• Ability to work in a busy outdoor environment and remain enthusiastic throughout the shift
