Job Description:

Strip Fitter – Outside IR35 – Coalville 
Pay: £18 - £20 per hour (LTD)
Location: Coalville
Contract Role – Immediate Start Available

We’re working with a large, established fleet bodyshop in Coalville that’s looking for an experienced Strip Fitter to join on a contract basis. This role falls outside IR35 and pays £18 - £20 per hour LTD, depending on experience.

🔧 The Role:

• Stripping and fitting panels, bumpers, lights, interior trims

• Working on a range of commercial and light vehicles

• Supporting body and paint teams with efficient, accurate work

• Ensuring all repairs are completed to manufacturer standards

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Strip Fitter  in a bodyshop setting

• Own tools and the ability to work independently

• Strong mechanical and electrical understanding

• Available for an immediate start
