Tradewind Recruitment Corby is seeking dedicated Supply Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support local SEN schools on an ad-hoc basis, providing essential cover during staff sickness, training, and planned absences. This flexible role offers variety, professional development, and the chance to make a real impact every day.

We welcome applicants with experience supporting students with:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

• Physical disabilities, including mobility and personal care

• Complex medical needs and confidence in following care plans

• Communication difficulties, including non-verbal pupils

• Social, emotional, and sensory needs

Your role may include:

• Providing one-to-one or small group support to help students access learning

• Assisting with personal care, mobility, and medical routines where needed

• Adapting activities to suit individual learning styles and needs

• Promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and independence

• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and wider school teams

• Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

We're looking for individuals who can offer:

• Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN

• A calm, patient, and resilient approach

• The ability to follow instructions while also using initiative

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping learners

• Reliability and flexibility, essential for supply-based work

• Willingness to complete safeguarding checks and training
