💷 £12.21 per hour | 40 hours per week (Contracted, Days Only)

Are you an experienced Support Worker with a passion for delivering high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and challenging behaviour? We are currently recruiting for a committed and compassionate team member to join our 24-hour residential care service in Leicester.

🏠 About the Home

Our 22-bedded residential care home provides 24-hour care for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and those on the dementia care pathway. We are dedicated to delivering person-centred care in a safe and supportive environment that promotes choice, dignity, control, and quality of life.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, structured environment and has direct experience working with individuals who present challenging behaviours.

🔑 Key Details

• £12.21 per hour

• 40 hours per week (contracted)

• Day shifts only, with occasional night support required

• Permanent position with training and development opportunities

If you're looking for a smaller, more intimate care environment, our sister home in Leicester is also recruiting. This home supports 8 residents with learning disabilities who require 24-hour care due to complex needs and challenging behaviours.

You'll join a close-knit team focused on providing tailored, high-quality support in a calm and structured setting.
