As a support worker, you will work with people to find solutions to their problems. This may be helping to protect vulnerable people from harm or abuse or supporting people to live independently.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare role.
Experience of working alone.
Experience of working with one or more of the following - people with learning difficulties, challenging behaviour, autism and epilepsy and mental ill health.
Experience of working in a Support services environment with a person-centred approach.
Working Hours
Flexible shifts, including long hours and sleep-ins.
Day shifts: 8 AM – 11 PM
Sleep-in shifts: 11 PM – 8 AM (paid at a set rate)
Rotating schedule, including weekends and bank holidays.
Education and Qualifications / Desirable
NVQ Level 3
Driving License
