Job Title: Support Worker
Location:  Loughborough, LE12
Pay rate: Weekday £15.00 - £16.00 (depending on experience), Weekend £17.25. Plus Holiday pay. 
Job Type: Full time (24 hour shifts)
Contract: Temp long term
Must: Drive (UK license)

 Company and Role:

• Our client is 30 years old and lives with cerebral palsy, seizures and has instances of challenging behavior. He uses a Makaton to communicate
• Our client requires support at home and outdoors including going to the gym, coffee shops, theatre , cinema and the pub.

 
Successful Applicant:

• Must be able to drive and have a clean automatic or manual UK license
• Previous experience working with complex adults 
• Medication administration training is a must
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• The Senior Support Worker must have experience supporting a team and assisting with rotas
