Job Description:

We are currently recruiting compassionate, reliable professionals to deliver high-quality care and support across a range of settings, including elderly care, disability support, and secure mental health environments.
This is a flexible agency role, offering a variety of shift patterns and placements throughout Coventry to suit your availability and lifestyle.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 6 months UK-based experience in a care or support role
Strong knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
Confidence in personal care, medication administration, feeding, and manual handling
Ability to provide a 3-year work reference history
Overseas Police Check (where applicable)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver person-centred care, including personal care, meals, mobility, and hygiene support
Administer medication in line with individual care plans
Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing of service users
Work collaboratively to maintain high standards of care
Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment
Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns
Manage emergency situations in line with established protocols
Complete accurate and timely documentation and care records
