💰 £22,000 – £26,700 per year

The Role

As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to children and young people living in residential settings. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing and positive environment where young people can thrive, build confidence and develop essential life skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Supporting children and young people with their daily routines and activities
✔ Building positive, trusting relationships
✔ Implementing care plans and support strategies
✔ Encouraging independence, confidence and personal development
✔ Organising engaging activities, outings and experiences
✔ Promoting safeguarding, wellbeing and emotional support
✔ Working closely with colleagues and professionals to deliver outstanding care
